Job Opportunity – Inspectors (Various Branches)
Reporting to the Senior Branch Manager, the job holder will be required to inspect employers’ accounts regarding assessment rates and premiums payable to ensure conformity to the Workers’ Act as well as to ensure effective service delivery at the Branch.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide estimates earnings of workers for correct assessment year and ensure that employers are registered with the Board, in order to establish provisional assessment on workers’ anticipated earnings within prescribed rate for a particular class of business
- To capture employers’ particulars and earnings on the Pension Administration System.
- To collect revenue from employers and handing it to the Branch Clerk for banking and recording of the details of the collected revenue.
- To verify the statement of earnings submitted by the employers.
- To trace pensioners and windows/widowers and pay benefits if found.

Required qualification/Skills/Experince
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Must have valid Driving License
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
