Seed Co is a Pan African Seed Company operating in more than 14 African countries, and SeedCo Zambia Limited an ISO 9001 certified company, prides itself as one of the country’s leading player in the agricultural seed sector having been operational since 1997, with a strong established distribution network spread across the country. The company is involved in crop seed research, production, processing, distribution and marketing seed products both for local and export markets.

• Provide agronomy services to Sustain and expand the seed sales.

• To design and conduct demonstrations in liaison with research and sales.
• Provide agronomy support during field clays
• To develop extension outreach messages to farmers
• To backstop sales on field situations that relate to Seed Co products including customer complaints
• Provide extension services to calling customers.
• Supervise Assistant Sales Agronomist
• Document demonstration and field experiences to provide a database for products.
• Publish agronomy experiences within and outside the company to enhance knowledge.
• Arrange training in product knowledge for sales staff in collaboration with research.
• Provide feedback to research and sales on products
• Prepare fortnight programmes of work

• BSc or Diploma in Agriculture Science, Agronomy or related field
• Two years’ experience in agronomy
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Computer literate
