Job Purpose
To support and strengthen District Community Medical Office (DCMO)’s capacity in managing and utilizing TB and HIV data
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiling, analyzing district TB and HIV data
- Monitoring and tracking DCMO’s progress towards achieving set targets
- Writing monthly reports
- Mentoring health facility staff in data management
- Adherence to project reporting deadlines

Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Must have a higher diploma in computer science or IMIS. Knowledge of Smartcare application will be an added advantage.

Reports to: TB/HIV Program Coordinator
Key Duties Responsibilities
- Coordinate provision of quality HIV Care, Support and Treatment services
- Monitor implementation of HIV Care, Support and Treatment Services
- Writes the HIV Care, Support and Treatment component of the continuation plans and other related reports with minimal supervision
- Organize and provides leadership in implementing quality ART interventions in accordance with national protocols
- Ensures timely implementation of HIV care, support and treatment services and submission of monthly, quarterly, Semiannual and Annual reports
- Monitors and evaluate adherence to reporting time lines and tracks progress towards achievement of program targets.
- Coordinate ART capacity building activities in order to ensure availability of skilled ART providers
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Diploma in Clinical Medical Sciences or equivalent. A Degree or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Trained ART provender in both Adult and Pediatrics
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing ART programme
- Must be a clinical mentor
- Registered with a valid practicing license from relevant regulatory body
