Consumer Sales Consultant
Job Purpose
To increase subscriber base through achieving targeted net activations on prepaid mobile and fixed through direct selling of Starter Packs and handsets to end users or consumers by working through a cluster network of Direct Sales Agents or DSAs
Qualifications and Requirements
• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Membership to the Zambia Institute of Marketing
• 2-3 years Direct Sales experience in a Telecomms Industry or FMCG
Key Skills:
• Driving manual transmission with minimum of 2 years is a must.
• Computer skills
• Personal selling
• Effective verbal & interpersonal communication Expertise in negotiation & closing deals Bilingual (plus)
