Reporting directly to the Director – Research and Planning, you will be responsible for provision of secretarial and administrative services.
Main Duties/Accountabilities:
- Composing routine correspondence, proofreading and or/finalizing letters, memorandums, reports or other documents for approval or signature of the Director
- Screening all mail and telephone calls for the Director
- Managing the Director’s diary
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Director
- Reviewing documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Receiving, recording, monitoring and coordinating business correspondence from clients and other units within Zambia Revenue Authority
- Maintaining efficient filling and bringing – up system for the office
- Attending to all general enquiries for the office and facilitating good communication and dissemination of general information
- Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality when handling correspondence, reports, and appointments.
- Operating standard office equipment such as photocopying and fax machines

Requirements
- Full Grad 12 certificate with 5 “O” levels including English
- Secretary’s certificate with shorthand speed of 100 wpm and typing speed of 65 WPM typing
- At least 5 years work experience
