Job Title: Associate – Human Capital Consulting
Laura & Partners Consulting Limited-LPCL is a business advisory firm that provides consulting, advisory and research services to clients. LCPL’s functional services, focuses on Strategy, Performance Improvement and Human Capital Consulting. The firm is seeking to recruit a dynamic Associate to work, support and lead projects that primarily focus on value and growth to improve the business performance of clients as well as maximising growth for LPCL.
QUALIFICATIONS
A relevant degree in human resource/business or related field plus 2 years of relevant work experience with membership to ZIHRM.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Contribute effectively to annual work plans and the Firm Balanced Score Card;
- Manage projects effectively with multiple work streams across a diverse industry;
- Maintain LPCL business databases (CRM, Project Management Check Lists) and CV database to ensure maximumutilization of staff and clients;
- Develop client reports ensuring 100% acceptance;
- Develop and submit proposals in line with ToRs and LPCL standards with 75% success rate;
- Prepare high quality content for executive level presentations to communicate and achieve buy-in from clients and potential clients;
- Develop and undertake research, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs;
- Possesses good organizational skills;
- Possesses strong service philosophy, mentality and a focus on achieving all aspects of defined service standards;
- Possesses an outstandingly warm, positive, energetic and professional demeanor;
- Works well under pressure and acts in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership and client information
- Has confident and effective communication style.
