Administration Manager
Our client in the fashion retail industry is looking to hire an Administration Manager who will, plan, implement, and manage an efficient economically viable and legal company administration.
Responsibilities;
• Implement the company’s strategy and targets
• Initiate, coordinate and monitor the companies budgeting for approval by management
• Coordinate and monitor the company’s financial and administrative management solutions
• Control and analyze the financial and administrative activities of the company
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure the successful opening of new shops in concert with the commercial manager and area managers ( search of premises for the new shops, negotiate with the owners on of the premises)
• Occasionally travel throughout the country and abroad in order to fulfill the duties of employment as agreed by management
• Deal with conflict situations

Requirements;
• Recognized certificate or diploma in Human Resources
• Good understanding of the legal instruments governing the companies finance and accounting activities
• At least 5 years working experience in retail
• Very good communication skills
• I.T Literacy (MS Office user level)
• High level of self- motivation, precision and commitment to results
